A new residence situated in the leafy southern suburb of Rondebosch, Cape Town. The design responds carefully to the established suburban character while introducing a contemporary architectural language.

Design Approach

The home balances modern form with contextual sensitivity. Massing, proportion, and material selection are guided by the surrounding streetscape to ensure the building feels rooted in place, yet distinctly current.

Courtyard Living

An internal courtyard forms the heart of the home, creating a quiet retreat within the property. It draws natural light deep into the interior and encourages passive ventilation, improving comfort throughout the day.
